The property slopes down to the River Berlande, a healthy Trout stream shaded by trees.
Day or Fortnight fishing permits can be purchased locally, which provide access to it and to most of the rivers and lakes in western France. There are also several well-stocked private fishing lakes where 'Guest Tickets' can be bought, all within an easy drive. Sea fishing can be obtained at most of the coastal towns.
Golf:
We provide all-inclusive 4-day Golf holidays. Just get to Poitiers or La Rochelle airport and we will do the rest.
