Ancient traditional Charente farmhouse
Dating from 1870, ancient farmhouse, entirely restored, whole in white building-stones, below a classified church, located in a small village, among vineyards and sunflowers, in the second sunniest region in France. The Bordeaux wines are 40 miles away, Cognac about 30 miles, the seaside at about 30 minutes (Royan). The building itself is divided in 3 parts, each of 30m2. GROUND FLOOR: A large kitchen, fully equipped with an oven, microwave, deep-freezer, fridge and washing-machine; a bathroom, separated toilets, each with air ventilation; a large living-room and sitting room with a table with 6 seats, HIFI, TV, DVD, with a French window facing a yard of white pebbles upon which there is a small swimming-pool in summer. The yard is fully South. FIRST FLOOR: - a small bedroom with a double bed, a larger one with a double bed; a third one called the loft (30 m2) with a double bed, washbasin, separated toilets, al table, 2 armchairs, a child's bed .
