Enjoy a self catering holiday in rural France in our romantic farmhouse, located at the end of a winding lane with stunning uninterrupted views, near the picturesque village of Aubeterre by the River Dronne, on the Charente - Dordogne border. Our luxury holiday rental gite is set among the rolling countryside of the Piotou Charente, ablaze with sunflowers during the summer months. There are extensive grounds and a good sized shared swimming pool (you will find you often have this to yourselves). Our spacious 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom French holiday home is furnished & equipped to a very high standard to complement the wealth of character features. The private south facing terrace has al fresco dining furniture, sun beds & BBQ. We had the most fantastic trip. The house is certainly in the most idyllic spot with those stunning views and that rural feel. I can't believe how fast the weeks flew by! You really have done a lovely job with the house and we couldn't have been happier there, the refurbishment is so elegant and the house was so well equipped it meant we felt very at home.
