For those looking for complete privacy without being totally isolated - look no further. From the covered terrace there is the paronamic view of the surrounding countryside with it's vine covered slopes and wooded hills. The closest village is Loubes Bernac (appx 1 km), which has a post office, mini-market and bar. The house has immense character and charm and a warm welcome to all of it's guests!

This charming property is situated in the hamlet of St.Nazaire in the commune of St.Astier de Duras. The property is 9kms from Duras and 13kms from Ste. Foy la Grande - both of which have fascinating colourful weekly markets and a number of lively bars and restaurants. The wonderful 'bastide' of Eymet is a short distance away and worth a visit, if not to sample some of its lovely bars and restaurants - or perhaps to try out canoeing on the Dropt River.

What a great place - we felt relaxed and at ease within a couple of minutes.
Excellent! (These guests have just booked for the 3rd year)
The setting was beautiful, lovely and remote - plenty of character etc.
How much do you want for it - you have made the barn into a lovely holiday home with a relaxing atmosphere
