The self-contained resort of Port Bourgenay is one of the most famous in the Vendee region. This beautiful modern 31sq m apartment is furnished with care. It overlooks the 18-hole golf course as well as the three swimming pools. You can enjoy sun all day from the privacy of your own balcony that is equipped for eating outdoors with a barbecue. Everything you will need to make your holiday a pleasant experience is located on site. You can choose to eat in one of the many restaurants or enjoy a glass of wine in the local bar.

Port Bourgenay is located on the Atlantic coast just South of the town of Les Sables d'Olonne and north of La Rochelle. It is approx an one hour drive (approx.) from Nantes Airport and the wine region of Bordeaux is just a few hours to the south. It is great area for biking, golfing, hiking and windsurfing with a great selection of golf courses all within 30 minutes of the resort.

| Notes: | One of the main reasons why you will have a really enjoyable holiday is the positioning of this apartment. Sitting on the sunny south facing balcony, you can watch the activities in any of the three swimming pools or look at the golfers on the 18 hole course which is situated inside the resort. You can see the children's pet farm as well as the small wood, which forms a natural barrier to the sea which is just a five minute walk... Guests can enjoy a comprehensive amenity programme within the resort. (Note: There is a €45 charge per person per week for a leisure card which entitles you to use the swimming pools and other amenities and also entitles you to free travel on the train which will take you all over the site and to the beach. This charge is imposed by the site owners and must be paid on location). There are quality restaurants as well as two bars. In addition there is an on site supermarket, boulangerie and laundrette. Beautiful town of Les Sables d'Olonnes filled with wonderful shopping and restaurants. Puy de Fou, Furouroscope, La Rochelle, The Poitevin, Windsurfing, Hiking, Sea cruises and lots lots more.

Wonderful facilities for children of all ages. Creche available for parents who want some time on their own. Three swimming pools; one heated and one with waterslide.

Golf Information:
The golf course adjoining the Port Bourgenay Apartment Complex designed by Thevenin offers a varied pinewood and field course running alongside the beach with one spectacular hole overlooking the harbour. The course is both scenic and challenging. Practice facilities in the open and under cover are available. Further details can be obtained from the clubhouse. Other golf courses nearby: La Domangere 28 km Les Fontenelles 41 km Punic 114 km Savenay 100 km Vendee golf passport offering discounted green fees at four courses in the area is available in the Clubhouse.
