The cottage opens onto a large patio and terrace, where you will enjoy the second longest hours of annual sunlight in France. Located in the heart of the village Ars - selected as one of 'The Most Beautiful Villages of France', in a quiet narrow lane. It was newly renovated, decorated with refinement, in respect of french authentic atmosphere. In winter, you will enjoy fireplace. Everything is near, sit on the church place café terrace, walk to the marketplace, to the small harbour, or to the sea. You are in the heart of the Wild Bird Sanctuary. Through numerous paths, you will discover the most beautiful sandy beaches, pine forests, vineyards and salt marshes. For those who enjoy shopping, there are home decorations shops, brocante and antiques shops. You will find all kind of refined shops, antiques, bistrots and gastronomic restaurants.
