280 m² Californian style villa. 2 bedrooms upstairs with a spacious terrace from east to west, 3 self-contained bedrooms on the ground floor with pool and exotic garden (palm trees, banana trees…). Southeast exposure on the golf estate of Seignosse, a mere 1km away from Hossegor Lake. The seaside, sailing and fishing harbour are close to the villa. 12 golf courses are nearby. Outside peak season (July and August), the upper floor of the villa can be rented with its 2 bedrooms, with the possibility to add 1 or 2 bedrooms of the ground floor. All bedrooms are en-suite, with sitting area. Bicycles are available as well as a cellar for golf or surfing equipment. There is also an outdoor shower with cold and warm water, close to the pool and the villa. Please visit our website. The owner is a professional golf instructor. Big loft, with exposed beams and wood ornaments, opening on a huge terrace facing south and overlooking the pool and the tropical garden. The back of the room, on the left, opens on a spacious living room with a fireplace. On the right corner, a staircase leading to the mezzanine with a study area (PC and ADSL Internet access). On the left, an American kitchen opens on a huge duckboard deck, runs all around the house from east to west, up to the master bedroom, south/west oriented, with bow window, a spacious bathroom, and separated toilets. The deck has an outdoor dining area with table and chairs. Spacious guest room with bathroom, facing east. Ground floor: 3 self-contained bedrooms with twins beds (90X200), big English shuttered glazed wooden wardrobe, and a safe. Living area with 2 rocking chairs or armchairs and a tea/coffee tray. Bathroom: huge shower, hand basin, WC. Each with a private terrace.

Located at the Seignosse golf estate, 30 km north of Biarritz, 1.5 km from the ocean, 1 km from the lake, and 1.5 km from Hossegor Golf, as well as from the sailing and fishing harbour of Capbreton. The owner is a professional resident golf instructor, and during his instruction periods, he can show you 12 golf courses within 1h drive on the Landes and Basque coastline areas, as well as our sandy dunes and the surf. Hossegor Casino, sports amenities: tennis, jai-alai and chistera, greyhound and Landes’ cow races. The food: foie gras, duck confit and magret, cakes (with armagnac, gâteau basque, pastis landais), touron (nougat), fine chocolates… A whole culture and tradition, the village’s festivals (piments d’Espelette), leisure and walking tracks through the largest woodland in Europe, bicycle tracks, hiking in the heart of the Basque Country, the mountain passes, wood pigeon hunting, trout fishing…

    In our website, you will find higher prices and details on all the formulas for the trainings.
    For the training indicated below, it is a 13 hours minimum introduction with self contained Bed and Breakfast, for 7 nights, breakfast included (for 2 people participating).
    For 1 person participating and a guest, the prices will be 650€ per week, all included, and 270€ per week-end. We do have other formulas that are more interesting if you come to visit us through Holidayrentals.
    Bicycles are available for you to use during your stay.

    We will ask for a security deposit during your stay.
