Relax and unwind in the tranquil picturesque village of St Palais de Phiolin, release the stress of modern day life in our beautiful Traditional Charentaise house, we have renovated this lovely farmhouse to a very high standard with original features such as exposed oak beams, beautiful original wooden staircase, wooden floors and Charentaise fire places with enclosed wood burning stove. Lounge with open fireplace, comfortable three-piece suite. French & English T.V with dvd video player. Fully fitted Kitchen comprising gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge & washing machine. Charentaise fireplace with wood burning stove. Logs & electric heating are available on request. Dinning table & chairs. Upstairs: double bedroom, twin bedroom, single bedroom and bathroom with shower,toilet & hand basin. Outside is an enclosed courtyard with table & chairs, to the side of the house is the driveway with off road parking & at the back of the house is a private patio area with barbeque

Magnolia cottage is attached to the farm house, we have renovated this old barn into a beautiful cottage with exposed oak beams and stone walls, we have kept it as original as possible, offering comfortable accommodation for 5/6 people. We have a beautiful Magnolia tree which belongs to the cottage offering cool shade on hot summer days.The Lounge has a free standing wood burning stove, comfortable three piece suite, French/English T.V with dvd video player, dinning table & chairs. Fully fitted kitchen with fridge freezer, microwave,gas hob, electric oven & washing machine.Magnolia cottage has an attractive galleried mezzanine play area. We have a double bedroom, twin bedroom, single bedroom and bathroom with bath shower,& toilet & 2nd toilet, all the bedrooms and bathrooms are on the ground floor.Outside dinning facilities include garden furniture, parasols, barbecue, and private off road parking. Both properties are non-smoking, although smoking is permitted in the grounds.

Cognac & Jonzac are a short drive away, you can sample the delights of Cognacs famous distilleries such as Hennessey & Martell.
