Perfect to rather all your family (18 people max) during your holidays. This typical 'charentaise' style house from the 18th century (completely renovated in 2006) will offer you all comfort. Each bedroom has an en suite bathroom with bath or shower + toilets. The house offers all modern utilities (internet, big screen plasma TV connected to channels all over the world, DVD player, washing machine and tumble drier, 2 fireplaces). The large kitchen is all equipped with American style fridge/freezer and separated freezer. There is a billiard table in the hall and you will find a large dinning room for 14 people. Outside, there are available a Barbecue and all outside equipments. 3000 m² of garden with a private swimming pool which is secured with infrareds. The house is situated near the center of La Rochelle, very close a local supermarket (200 meters); nearly the house are a doctor, a pharmacy, a bakery, newsagent and a post office.
