Travel information: There are a variety of different ways to get in Corsica.From the UK direct charter flights to Bastia (April-Oct) from Gatwick, Stansted, Edinburgh and Manchester.There are also direct charter flights to Calvi (1 and a half hour's scenic drive) to Nonza.These can be booked through Holiday Options.Alternatively the low-cost and scheduled airlines fly regularly to Nice and Marseilles, from where you can take an internal flight on Air Littoral to Bastia (40mins).Passengers car ferries operated by SNCM and Corsica Ferries run from both France and Italy.All the usual car hire companies can be found at the airport and in town.On request we can give more detailed travel information.

Cap Corse in October, 2009.

This house has a fabolous situation in a lttle quiet village.
There is a wonderfull "surroundview" out over the sea and to the mountains. The house is functional, spacious and full of atmosphere. Nonza is a fine starting point for exploring the northern part of Corse.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Sightseeing, Romantic Getaway

A really great place.

Had a wonderful week here in August 2008 (2 adults, 2 teenage kids).

The views from the terrace are to die for. Limpid turquoise ocean, serene red sunsets. Corsica is called 'the enchanted isle' for a reason!

Larger towns are about 20 km or more away, but Nonza has most of what you need and is a tourist destination in itself.

The house is of high quality, internet included. Although theoretically capable of taking 8 people, it is really for 6 max.

Hello Claire and Antoine,

I would just like to express our gratitude and thanks for our
delightful stay at your home in Nonza.

We had a wonderful time, enjoying the terraces, hiking and biking
everyday, and cooking relaxed dinners with wines from Patrimonia. The
walkers explored locally village to village and did some a high walk
above Calvi, and the bikers rode locally and north on Cap Corse and
also around the high villages south of Ile Rousse. The weather was
perfect though we understand it has been dry and abit warm this
spring for the area.

You have a treasure of a home in Nonza. Again, we appreciate your
trust and concern for our wellbeing during our stay.
