Built from the attractive blond stone of the region, with plenty of exposed oak beams, the old priory has been converted into spacious and comfortable accommodation with four bedrooms and three bathrooms. It has its own private garden with a protective hedge. Use of the swimming pool (10m x5m) which is discreetly out of earshot of the house in an open lawn area with a spectacular view over a wooded valley. There is a large sitting room (7 m x 5 m) opening out on to the garden, a dining area and fireplace. There is a separate modern fitted kitchen (+ dishwasher), which also opens on to the garden. Separate W.C.washing machine and central heating. Downstairs large Double Bedroom with en-suite bathroom. First floor: Large principal bedroom with double bed leading to an en-suite bathroom, which has a bath with a shower attachment, basin and WC. Large double bedroom with a double bed, double bedroom with twin single beds . Bathroom with shower, basin and W.C.
