This detached luxury family home is situated in the lovely village of Saint Germain sur Morin. Built in 2002 on 610m2 with perimeter fencing, this modern house is only 10 minutes by car or public transport from the Disneyland Resort, with its theme park, studios and entertainment centre boasting a large variety of restaurants, bars, boutiques and shows. Central Paris is only 35 minutes by car or regular train service. Guests may also enjoy visits to many local chateaux including Fontainebleau, Vaux-le-Vicomte and Ferrieres and the world famous Champagne regions of Epernay and Reims are within easy reach. The fabulous Val d'Europe shopping centre is only 10 minutes away and many other activities are also available in the region such as horse riding, golf, Go-Karting, Sea Life Centre and gastronomic local restaurants. How to get there
Eurostar : Terminal at Marne la Valleé (Disneyland) is only 10 minutes by bus or taxi. Buses and taxis are available from directly in front of the station. From Paris : The train service, R.E.R. takes only 35 minutes from Paris main line stations including Gare de Nord. From Gare de Nord, take the R.E.R. line B for one stop to Chatelet and then direct to Disney Marne La Valleé on the R.E.R. line A. Charles de Gaulle Airport : The Airport is approximately 35 minutes by car. Car hire is available from the airport. Alternatively there is a regular shuttle bus service to the Disneyland Resort which runs approximately every 45 minutes ( see airport information desks for the schedule as timings vary depending on season ). Orly Airport : Orly Airport is approximately 40 minutes away. Again a shuttle service directly to Disneyland Resort is available ( consult airport information desk ). Motorway : The A4 motorway linking the region to the rest of France is only 5 minutes away.
Golf Information
The house is situated within 10 minute drive from the Disneyland 27 holes Championship Golf Course. Within a short drive of 7 other courses this house is ideal for a golfing vacation. All Green-Fees can be arranged and pre-booked by the owner including expect advise on a golfing holiday in the heart of France.
