The house is a modern 4 bedroom house, with a covered heated pool and playroom with full size table tennis table, dart board and various games & toys. The lounge is open and south facing with views of Lake Annecy and the surrounding mountains. British free to air channels can be viewed & there is free unlimited use of broadband at no extra cost. There is also a 2nd sitting room with views of the mountains. There is an American style kitchen fully stocked including a dishwasher. A high chair and children's cutlery and plates are also provided. There is a bathroom with WC & ensuite shower room with WC. There is also a separate WC. There are 4 bedrooms and and bed linen and towels are provided at no extra cost. There is a terrace to the front and side with chairs, a table and a BBQ. The garden is large and fully enclosed and loungers are provided. The pool has a roof that can slide back. It can be heated to all year round making it possible to swim in the snow

• DURING THE MONTHS OF NOVEMBER TO MARCH THERE IS AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE FOR THE HEATING OF THE POOL OF £50 PER WEEK.
  PAYMENT IS ALSO ACCEPTABLE IN £STERLING.
  Deposit on confirmation of rental is 25%.
  Security Deposit is Euro 700 / £500 fully refundable within 2 weeks of the property being vacated.
  

Accommodation and Facilities for the villa in Annecy - Lake Annecy area, France

Golf Clubs At Giez (15mins) and Talloires(30mins)

There are a number of golf clubs nearby. The nearest is just before the town of Faverges. This club is open to non-members and has an 18 hole course and seperate 9 hole course too. There is also one at the village of Talloires, 30 minutes away and is open to non-members, though booking is recommended.

Skiing & Summer Activities In The Mountains

The nearest ski resort is Montmin which is aimed at beginners and families. It is @ 20 minutes away. La Clusaz is about 45 minutes away and there is a large ESF ski school based there. Classes in English are available as are one to one lessons. There is also a great enclosed ski activity park for children up to the age of 5 - ski instructors will look after the children and help guide them around the activities. This resort also provides great entertainment in the summer including a luge, mountain biking and walking trails and children's activities park. There are a number of activities in the area and we will be happy to provide details before your trip.

This really is a beautiful town and is well worth a visit whether for the historic buildings, parks, canals, markets, shops, beaches and entertainment or simply to enjoy a meal and glass of wine in the canalside restaurants.
