It is equipped with all comforts necessary for a relaxed family holiday. Bedrooms are air conditioned and the enclosed garden is neat and private. Perfect for a family holiday or a couple looking for relaxation outside the summer months.

San Cyprien is a delightful village situated on a beautiful protected bay with one of Corsica's most famous white sand beaches. The clear blue sea is a magnificent contrast to the white sand and orange rock formations. A walk down the undeveloped beach offers views across neighbouring vegetation to the spectacular mountains overlooking the sea. When not enjoying the sea, sailing, fishing or relaxing on the beach, visit historic Porto Vecchio just 10min away, with its chic shops and restaurants, or stroll to the Port to admire the yachts. Drive 40km south to Bonaffacio and the famous golf course of Sperone, or take a 1 hour drive into the mountains for the regular horse racing, some hiking, cycling or a dip in secluded waterholes, to mention just a few activities. Head home to relax in the peaceful restaurants on San Cyprien Bay to watch a glorious sunset.

Additional information about rental rates

  • 33% payment required when booking* 33% required 8 weeks before arrival and the remaining 34% to be paid 2 weeks before arrival. A security deposit is required but fully refunded at the end of your stay if no damages have occurred. We ask 200Euro extra per visit, (250Euro in summer), for use of sheets, bath and beach towels, other expenses as well as cleaning on the final day. This can be paid upon arrival or included in your payment.

    * In August we prefer 2 weeks bookings but consider 1 week. In August and September bookings we require 40% with the initial booking, then 30% is payable 4 months before and the total must be paid within 8 weeks of your arrival. Refunds in this situation are 50% up to 8 weeks prior to arrival and after this no refund is possible unless another tenant is found.

Notes: The villa has all comforts for a family including beach toys and games. Bedrooms are air conditioned. The garden is enclosed and private with an outdoor shower in summer. There are 2 sun lounges and also 2 lazy chairs in the garden. The shared pool is well looked after and very close. There is a caretaker on site and the residence has security gates. How to get there?: Check out the reasonably priced charter flights from the UK that run all summer including September and October! There are several airlines that fly to Figari from the UK all year round, book a 'fly/drive' package. For those with more time who like to take their own car,...make it an adventure and drive to France and take the ferry right to Porto-Vecchio. Ferry timetables can be found on their website - ask us for links for both the French ferries and for the Italian lines. Also fly or ferry into Bastia and drive 2 hours south.

The villa was extremely well kept, clean and just as you would keep your own home. We went very early at the beginning of the season and had the pool to ourselves. The bay which was just down the road was great, ideal for children, Corsica is a beautiful island. Loved every minute will definately go back one day.. Everything you would want was literally 10 minutes drive down the road. Full marks!

This villa is very comfortable and the owner is very helpful. The beach near the villa is very nice and not too busy. The villa is 10mins drive from Porto Vecchio, a lovely village. St Cyprian village itself is fairly basic though. Only issue with the villa is that the pool has no sun lounges or outdoor furniture of any sort around it. Otherwise, a very enjoyable place.
