The villa and two apartments have recently been renovated to a very high standard. The rooms are light and airy, and decorated in a modern style that typical of the local area. High quality furnishing and original paintings reflect the owner’s commitment to maintaining a beautiful and comfortable holiday home for there guests. All properties have fully furnished kitchens and washing facilities, ample shower and toilet amenities and the Villa has a Jacuzzi bathroom. Each property has its own entrance, its own terrace and separate access to the shared swimming pool. Each has a barbecue and garden furniture. Cots and highchairs can be provided on request. Within walking distance there is a sandy beach, some pleasant restaurants and a small supermarket open in the summer. The large lounge/dinning room comes with a double sofa bed, an open log fire, satellite TV (English movies/sport), DVD and a selection of movies. Off of the living room there is a large terrace with garden furniture & barbeque and access to the shared pool. The kitchen is well equipped with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, coffee machine etc. There is a utility room with washing machine. Toilet. The first double bedroom comes with terrace, garden furniture and a view of the sea. it has an ensuite, toilet Jacuzzi and cupboards. It has its own Hi-Fi and DVD. The second bedroom comes with 2 single beds, cupboards and a separate toilet and shower room. The third double bedroom comes with an ensuite bathroom, cupboards and toilet. It has its own TV and DVD. There is central heating throughout. On the Mezzanine there is a single bed and desk.

This is a holiday that is for the whole family. Within the vicinity there are opportunities for swimming, surfing, snorkelling, sailing, fishing, and cycling, walking etc. There are a lot of restaurants offering the cuisine of the region including the delicious oysters that are grown in the Bassin. Close by there are 3 international golf courses that are open to the public 7 days a week and dozens more within a radius of 60 klms. The region is famous for its wines and staying in Pyla provides a good opportunity to visit some of the world famous Chateaux around Bordeaux and the Medoc. The very beautiful town of Saint Emilion is only 90 mins. drive together with many other old and interesting towns. Our property offers you a peaceful and safe holiday for everyone. The pool is guarded by fencing and other safeguards are in place to see that it is safe for very young children. On request we can provide you with a cot and highchair.

Terms

A non-refundable 20% holding deposit is due 10 days after asking for the property to be reserved. The balance of the rental fee, the cleaning fee and the fee for linen hire (if required), are due 30 days before the start of the stay. A breakage deposit of €1000 for the villa and €500 for an apartment is to be paid at the start of the stay. This will be returned, minus any charges for damage. We charge separately for cleaning to ensure that the property is clean and properly equipped for your stay. Although we can provide you with bed linen and towels, you can if you prefer bring your own providing it meets the requirements (duvet covers, sheets, and pillow cases for all beds). The following charges are in addition to the rental fee: + Cleaning fee is €110 for the villa and €60 for each of the apartments. + Linen (towels and bed linen) are available for hire at €20 per person.
