Pyla-sur-Mer Arcachon:
This is a holiday that is for the whole family. Within the vicinity there are opportunities for swimming, surfing, snorkelling, sailing, fishing, and cycling, walking etc. There are a lot of restaurants offering the cuisine of the region including the delicious oysters that are grown in the Bassin. Close by there are 3 international golf courses that are open to the public 7 days a week and dozens more within a radius of 60 klms. The region is famous for its wines and staying in Pyla provides a good opportunity to visit some of the world famous Chateaux around Bordeaux and the Medoc. The very beautiful town of Saint Emilion is only 90 mins. drive together with many other old and interesting towns.

The pool is guarded by fencing so that it is safe for children. On request we can provide you with a cot and highchair.
Terms:
A non-refundable 20% holding deposit is due 10 days after asking for the property to be reserved. The balance of the rental fee, the cleaning fee and the fee for linen hire (if required), are due 30 days before the start of the stay. A breakage deposit of €500 for the villa and €300 for an apartment is to be paid at the start of the stay. This will be returned, minus any charges for damage.
We charge separately for cleaning to ensure that the property is clean and properly equipped for your stay. Although we can provide you with bed linen and towels, you can if you prefer bring your own providing it meets the requirements (duvet covers, sheets, and pillow cases for all beds).
The following charges are in addition to the rental fee:
+ Cleaning fee is €125 for the villa and €65 for each of the apartments.
+ Linen (towels and bed linen) are available for hire at €20 per person.
Golf:
There are over 90 golf courses in the region. However within a very short drive there are 3 international courses that are open to the public. Here are contact details for those course so that you can see for yourself.
