Villa with Pool in Seaside Village

Beautiful villa and separate guest house surrounding swimming pool. Quiet area, five minutes drive to the beach and Andernos village. The Bay of Arcachon is perfect for children, with warm shallow water and very calm for boating. The villa is furnished in elegant but casual style with large open kitchen and Gaggenau appliances. Across the swimming pool is the guest house, which has one very large room, new kitchenette and spacious bathroom and shower. Both houses have large covered terraces with dining for 10. The villa is set back from the road and is very private. The seaside village of Andernos is lively with many restaurants, shops, merry-go-rounds and wonderful ice cream and crepes! Ferries can be taken across the bay to Arcachon. The Bassin has many other quaint villages with seafood restaurants at the water's edge. This is France's premier oyster growing area and they can be eaten fresh at the fisherman's cabins!

Villa has master bedroom and 2nd bedroom on ground floor, both with en suite bathrooms. Bedrooms 3 & 4 are upstairs and are smaller with a shared bathroom. Guest House has one large living area with kitchenette and separate bathroom with large shower. Ground floor rooms have electric shutters, that can be closed for security and total darkness or set partially open for morning daylight. Upstairs bedrooms have wooden shutters.
