Hossegor is a seaside market town, on a wild coast, and has 3400 inhabitants. Standing against an emerald forest, cuddled by the ocean, on the edge of a sparkling marine lake and an endless sandy beach, Hossegor reflects the prestigious old welcoming tradition of this area. This space, chosen by so many artists, is living now the spirit of his past, and opens on what future best offers. The finial of the Aquitaine Coast before, it is nowadays the European capital for surfing, and a golf paradise. Hossegor is also a paradise for tourists with a sailing harbour, a casino, cinemas, mini-golf, aquatic parks, cycling paths (bicycles are available for hire), windsurfing, jet skiing, surfing and riding. Do not miss a trip to Bayonne (15 km), Biarritz (32 km) or St Jean de Luz. The 'Pays Basque' (Basque region) and Spain are in easy access from Hossegor. A security deposit and a down payment, paid by checks, are required upon booking. The first must be equivalent to a weekly rental amount, and it will be returned two weeks after the satisfying inspection of the premises. The second check must be equivalent to 30% of the total amount of the rental. The bookings are from Saturday to Saturday. Arrival is from 4 pm, and departure must imperatively be previous to 10 am. An agent in charge of the inspection of the premises will be there on your arrival and departure. At the end of your stay, the villa must be left in the same condition of cleanness as you found it, with the contents not removed and the equipment (telephones, blankets, crockery, hob, iron, washing machine, ornaments, walls) in full and good condition. Otherwise, we reserve the right to deduct compensation from the security deposit, or claim for refund if this is not enough. In any case, 75€ for 5 hours cleaning will be systematically charged on the security deposit.
