The villa is in an Italian style built in 1920 with a big lawn and a nice forest with a global unique view on the chain of Mont Blanc. Located in a quiet village (Les Praz) close to cable cars. The rooms are very big, (320m² for the whole). The living room ceiling is 6 metres high. 3 big terraces (30m² each one) where you can eat in front of the mountains. In summer, the whole is shrouded in lovely intimate green. Close to a Golf 18 holes area. In winter, access wonderful wide ski areas in exceptional panorama. Beautiful chimneys in the villa.

The house is located at 15 minutes from Italy via the Mont Blanc Tunnel, 15 minutes from Switzerland (Valais), and 45 minutes from Geneva. 5 minutes walk from the slopes (ski), and 2 minutes from the golf (in summer).Just 20 minutes from Chamonix city center by walk, 3 minutes by car. Ther you can use the highest cable car of france : 3842 metre ! You can climb up to the Mont Blanc and ski across the 'vallée Blanche' : 25 km of slopes on one time, without taking any cable car ... A fantastic house, big, quiet, very well located, very close from cable cars, slopes, ski (Flégère Brévent, Grands Montets, aiguille du Midi, Le Tour, Les Houches, St Gervais, Courmayeur...) and the golf in summer !
