Extra services on the holiday village complex:
The villas are in groups of 4 and 6 and 8 villas. The site is approx 4.5 hectares and has an exit where you can walk to the forest or a walk to the beach is 1300metres from reception. I will give you a code to collect your key from a collection box, if you arrive after reception has closed (useful for Sunday morning arrivals for example, if you want to avoid the traffic on Saturdays).
Free Delivery of Rented Bikes: If you pre-book your cycle hire for a minimum of 3 days, your bicycles will be delivered right to your door at no extra charge. And at the end of your rental, they can be collected too. AND
Saturday Shuttle bus from Nantes Airport to St Jean de Monts. If you fly to Nantes on a Saturday, between approx mid May and early September, a shuttle service can take you right to your Wake Up in France accommodation in St Jean and collect you on the return. Places must be pre-booked. Contact us for prices and more details.
Local Sports and Clients comments:
The golf, shops, bars, restaurants and sporting amenities of St Jean de Monts are all nearby. Try your hand at the sand yachting or watersports near the golf course. Excellent bike rides through the forest too.

Arrival details, tourist tax,security/cleaning dep:
Arrival days are normally from Saturday 16h/4pm to Saturday 10h/10am, but you may book per night outside July and August and arrive any day. There is a security AND CLEANING deposit taken at reception of 260 euros which is given on arrival by credit card.
PRICES DO NOT INCLUDE: Water and electricity charges are 20€ from 12/06 to 11/09/2010, and 35€ for all other dates. Local Tourist tax is OBLIGATORY and is 0.44euros per person per day and is collected by reception. PAYABLE EXTRAS: cot, highchair, sheets, 1 bath + 1 hand towel- all can be ordered as extras and payable at Reception on arrival. You must leave your villa CLEAN or pay for a CLEANING service at reception .
