The property is a beautiful chalet set amongst approximately 1300 sq m of gardens in the center of Chamonix. From the front gates a tree lined drive takes you to the chalet itself and covered parking for all of our guests. With only about 250m to walk to get to the pedestrian center of Chamonix, our property is one of few chalets with this amount of surrounding space, so close to the center of town. In summer, the gardens provide ample room for sunbathing and BBQ, all with the view of Mont Blanc and the Aguille du Midi in the back ground. Children can play safely in the confines of the garden. Within the Chalet, is a 2 bedroom spacious apartment of approximately 80 sq m. The Chalet has been newly acquired by its present owners and the apartment is freshly decorated to a high standard. there is private covered parking on the grounds. In winter, the main ski bus stop is two minutes walk away.

The apartment is on the first floor of the Chalet and provides a very spacious 80m2 of living accommodation. Doors open on to a balcony where guests may sit with fantastic views of the Mt Blanc range. In the summer, bbq areas are provided in the garden and children can play safely in the grounds. Decorated to a very high standard the apartment has two bedrooms, one double and one twin. There is also a sofa bed in the living room allowing up to six people to stay in comfort. The kitchen is brand new and has all modern appliances including washing machine, dishwasher and microwave.
