This new development by award winning developer MGM provides you with a very comfortable base to explore the Chamonix valley. Located in the rural village of Taconnaz - approx 2km from Les Houches and 4km from Chamonix. All rooms in the apartment have been finished to a high standard in modern Savoyarde style furniture with a mixture of solid timber, plastered walls and tiled floors. The lounge has a wood burning stove, L-shaped sofa, dining table, free Wi-Fi, PS2, DVD & CD plus British freeview satellite TV. Fully fitted kitchen incl. fridge, dishwasher and speed cook oven. It also has the convenience of a washing machine for longer stays. The balcony overlooks a large garden and offers magnificent views of Aiguille de Midi & Mont Blanc. Parking and a ski / boot store in underground car park / basement. You're immediately on the doorstep of some great valley walks as well as easy reach of the slopes & towns - both bus and train stops are within a short walk.

  • A £200 deposit is required to secure the booking with the balance payable 8 weeks before the holiday date. We ask for a deposit of 250 euro (or UK£200) payable in cash on arrival, this will be fully refunded provided that nothing is damaged, broken or lost and no special cleaning is required. Bookings are preferably taken from Saturday to Saturday although there may be flexibility. Minimum booking is 4 nights. Please call or email for any enquiries.

Skiing Information: Chamonix provides skiing for all abilities with nursery slopes at Le Savoy, Les Planards and Les Chosalets, however it is ideal for the intermediate and advanced skier. The intermediate runs will provide excellent groomed pistes, trails and mogul fields. For the expert skier there is limitless off piste skiing and some of the steepest and most challenging runs in the Alps including the awe-inspiring run down the Vallee Blanche with mountain guide. We can put you in touch with one of the valleys best guides whose English and instruction is excellent.
