Large sunny south facing balcony with panoramic views. The entrance leads into a spacious hall with solid pine full sized bunk beds. Bathroom with large shower -basin. WC & heated towel rail- open plan room with kitchen(oven 4 hobs fridge & microwave) breakfast bar -table + 4 chairs. Easily converted sofa bed, flat screen TV, DVD player & CD stereo system. Books & games, cellar with ski locker & out side we have a parking space, in all our chalet set in the beautiful mountains makes the ideal accommodation for summer or winter long or short stays

Situated in Le Col de la Croix-Fry (between La Clusaz / Manigod) you are able to ski directly to the lifts, giving the benifit of linking up-to all the surounding ski areas. Equipment hire & ski school are available right on your doorstep, so whether a novice, intermediate or advanced skier, or even if you just want to enjoy the breath-taking scenery and lunch in one of the many cosy mountain restaurants, this beautiful area caters for all. In Croix-Fry there are three restaurants a few minutes walk from the chalet, with sunny terraces where you can reflect on your perfect days skiing, and, for your lively apre ski La Clusaz is just 5 minutes by car. Megeve, Morzine & Chamonix are all within one hours drive. During the summer, enjoy mountain biking, walking etc, plus just 30 minutes away the very beautiful Lake Annecy, for water sports or great shopping!

This apartment and its location exceeding all of our expectations. It was warm and welcoming with all the home comforts you could wish for. Its location is breathtaking with a balcony overlooking a stunning mountain view.

We could not believe how easy it was to organise all our ski passes, lessons with ESF and hire equipment - literally a stone's throw from the apartment. We were able to ski and snowboard from lift opening to closing with only a short stroll afterwards.
Neither my husband or I can speak much French but everyone there was so helpful and friendly that it didn't matter and in fact we all improved our French!

Organising the apartment couldn't have been easier and Huw and Vanessa were so very helpful in advising us on what we would need to do whilst we were there to ensure a superb holiday. We were travelling with our two small children and they had a wonderful time and self catering and attending to their needs couldn't have been easier. I would recommend this to any family, group of friends or couple. We wouldn't look to stay anywhere else and hope to stay there again next year.

Absolutely Stunning - Brilliant little apartment.

This apartment is absolutely delightful. The owners Huw and Vanessa really make the place feel homely and welcoming. It is fully equipped with all you would need in the kitchen, as well as tv, dvd, radio, along with loads of DVDs, CDs and games.

The view from the balcony is stunning -you can watch the sun rise in the morning above the mountains and see the first skiers take to the slopes.

Only negative I could think of could be a bit small for two separate couples. Absolutely perfect for a family of four though.

We would definitely return.
