A recently built apartment in Residence les Pistes du Soleil, which is situated in the village of Chinaillon close to le Grand Bornand in the Haute Savoie region of France. It is ideally situated only yards from the ski slopes and lift system. The other side of the building leads to the main street of the village with its grocery shops, ski equipment retailers and hire shops, tourist information, cinema, restaurants etc. At just 50km from Geneva Airport and with easy access from the motorway system getting to les Pistes du Soleil couldn't be easier. The apartment is extremely well equipped with every convenience to make your holiday enjoyable. This includes, washing machine, dishwasher, television / DVD player, CD player/ radio, telephone, oven, hob and microwave. Bed linen and towels are provided. English speaking staff are on hand in case of need and to welcome you on your arrival.

Le Chinaillon is a beautiful mountain village located at 1300m. It is close to the larger village of le Grand Bornand which is a delightful, unspoilt, hidden gem in the Haute Savoie. In winter the Aravis ski area offers some 220km of ski runs and in summer there is easy access to Annecy, Chamonix and the surrounding area, making it an ideal base for touring.

All year round: There is plenty going on all year round. The area is famed for Reblochon cheese, which is sold at a weekly market and from local farms. Le Grand Bornand has an ice-skating rink, outdoor swimming pool, cinema, restaurants and a weekly market. Best of all are the stunning Aravis mountains which provide endless breathtaking views. In summer the area has much to offer with fantastic walking and cycling opportunities. The area offers white water rafting, paragliding, golf, tennis and much more. Annecy and Chamonix are a short drive away - you can even visit Switzerland or Italy for the day.
