Self catering ski apartments in Les Carroz located near the centre of Les Carroz. Apartment sizes from 36sqm (1 bed) to 105sqm (4 bed) on levels 0 to 3. Situated opposite the sports centre, with its large outdoor pool complex and with the main ski bus stop at the end of the drive, this apartment is ideal for winter skiing or summer sun. Sleeps from 4 in 1 bedroom chalets to 10 in 4 bedroom chalets. All with fully equipped kitchens (conventional oven, dishwasher, extractor fan, fridge-freezer, halogen-hob) some have washer-dryers Spacious lounges (with TV/ DVD/ CD), sofa, dining table and chairs. Les Carroz d'Araches in the Grand Massif, less than one hour from Geneva, was established in 1936 and is one of the oldest traditional ski resorts in the Alps. It is linked to Flaine, Morillon, Samoens, and Sixt which are the other stations in the Grand Massif, and includes 265km of downhill ski runs. The resort is suitable for all levels of ability from easy greens for the newest beginner and children to the most challenging blacks for the experienced skier. Les Carroz has the charm of a traditional alpine village combined with all modern amenities. The resort is an ideal family location with restaurants and bars for all tastes, shops, crèche facilities, choice of ski schools and numerous activities.

Trappeurs C is a 10-minute walk into Les Carroz town centre where the ski gondolas start, next door to the chalet block is the bus stop serviced by the free regular ski bus in & out of the centre of Les Carroz. Its traditional wooden furniture is top of the range, produced by local craftsmen. Large patio doors overlook the superb Grand Massif valley, leading out to a perfect balcony with patio table & chairs.

Climb higher and higher into the mountains, then let yourself be carried away by the exhilarating feeling of floating down on a cloud of white powder. 1 cable car, 4 gondolas, 26 chairlifts and 49 draglifts give you access to a paradise of 134 pistes for all standards. For 2004/2005 brand new 8 person gondola lift replacing the previous 6 person lift, even less likely to experience delays when skiing form Les Carroz. Grand Massif 1140-2500m The Grand Massif includes 265km of pistes. It links five resorts 5 linked resorts: Les Carroz, Flaine, Morillon, Samoens and Sixt. The highest point is 2500m. There are 80 lifts and 134 pistes. The total vertical descent is 20000 metres.
