New apartment in chalet, private terrace, Les Houches, nr Chamonix
Le Hameau des Glacier is a prestigious MGM development of four stunning alpine style chalets, set in a beautiful hamlet in Les Houches. With its wooded slopes and the Mont Blanc Massif as a backdrop this truly is a stunning location all year round. Our apartment sleeps 4 to 6 people and is situated on the ground floor, and has its own private terrace, overlooking mountains, glaciers and waterfalls. There is a bus stop right outside the chalets, which provides easy access into the centre of Les Houches and its two ski lifts, or Chamonix's ski lifts, which are only 3 km away. This gives you a large range of skiing options and access to some of the best skiing in the world.

The centre of Les Houches is only a two minute drive away from the apartment, with the start of the town shops and bars only 15 minutes walk. Les Houches is a charming alpine village that lies at the foot of Mont Blanc, offering an exceptional panorama of the Mont Blanc massif and has an excellent range of bars and restaurants. The village has a relaxed atmosphere and is a great base for families. In the summer there are a huge number of activities - mountain biking, cycling, hiking, climbing, an animal park and even a tree top adventure park to name but a few. In winter Les Houches has a very pretty ski area with night skiing. Its sheltered, tree-lined pistes are often open when other areas are shut through bad weather. It has a variety of slopes, for beginners through to advanced skiers and snowboarders, who can try the famous 'Piste Verte' which is used for the men's World Cup downhill and slalom ski events.
