Situated close to the last turn of the famous Kandahar ski run and 100 metres from the Bellevue cable car, with the “Tour de Mont Blanc” starting 50 metres from the door, the apartment is ideally located for summer and winter holidays. Built in 2002, the 48 square metre, three room apartment combines traditional Savoie style with modern convenience. With two bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living area, it sleeps four in comfort. The living area has a colour television with an integrated CD / DVD player and internet radio, and leads onto the 10 square metre balcony. There is free broadband access in the apartment, using either WIFI or Ethernet cable.

Les Houches is situated at the start on the Chamonix valley, 5KM's from Chamonix town centre and one hour's drive from Geneva airport. It has its own ski area, and is the starting point of the Tour de Mont Blanc long distance walk as well as many shorter high and low level walks. Situated only three KM's from the Mont Blanc tunnel, Italy is also within easy reach.

Ski: Situated on the famous “La Verte” run (despite its name, a black run with a descent of 870m over 3.3 KM.), and 100 metres from the Bellevue cable car, the apartment is a superb location for skiing in the Chamonix valley. Les Houches is the training ground for the French national ski team, but also offers excellent family skiing. It is part of the Evasion Mont Blanc ski area, with a ski domain of 700Km.
