Newly decorated and conveniently located, this first floor apartment is on two levels. On the first level there is a bedroom which has bunk beds and a pull out bed (3 single beds in total), the bathroom which has a new spa shower and hand basin, a separate WC, and a kitchen/dining area. The dining area has sliding doors onto the L shaped balcony with fantastic views across the valley. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you would need for a self catering holiday, including, dishwasher and microwave oven. On the second level is a double bedroom and lounge area. There is a TV, DVD and CD player. Note: If you have young children, there is a highchair and travel cot, all available for your use at no extra cost.

Notes to the rental rates

• Special Offer : Book before 31 July 2008 for any week in Jan, Feb and March and receive a 10% discount on the quoted price.
  A Deposit of 25% per booking is payable on reservation with the balance due 8 weeks before arrival.
  Please note: A final cleaning charge of Euros 60 is payable and will be added to the balance due. A security deposit of Euros 400 will be required also. The security deposit will be refunded to you, providing nothing has been damaged or broken.
  If you have young children, there is a highchair and travel cot, all available for your use at no extra cost. Please just let us know when booking if you require these items.
  Up to 10% additonal discount will apply for rentals of 2 weeks or more. Seasonal/long term rental is welcome.

Winter activities

Morillon is the home of the 2006 Olympic Downhill Champion, Antoine Deneriaz. Located in the French Northern Alps in Haute Savoie between Geneva, Chamonix Mont Blanc and les Portes du Soleil ski area, Morillon is a pretty little village belonging to the Grand Massif ski area which boasts of 265km of alpin ski slopes, 90 km of cross-country skiing and 14 hiking trails. Its great for all levels of skiers and perfect for families. There are plenty of other winter activities too: - Winter walks (on snow shoes), 15 different signposted tracks to help you discover the valley and its villages. - Paragliding (two seater). Discover the valley from up high with a certified instructor. - Ice skating. -Helicopter flight over the mountains, every Thursday morning.

Summer activities

There is plenty to do in the summer too. There is a lake close by for fishing and bathing. Have fun climbing through the trees at the “Parc Adventure” or try your hand at the mini golf. There are two more lakes in Samoen where you can hire a “family” bike and cycle around the town and the 2 beautiful lakes. For the more adventurous, there is rafting on “le Giffre” river and for those who like a challenge you can learn how to paraglide!
