3 bedroom apartment available in a prestigious, MGM development in the centre of Samoens. The apartment is decorated and furnished luxuriously in a traditional, yet modern alpine style and is extremely light and spacious. It is fully equipped and has large living accommodation, including beautiful open plan wooden kitchen with dishwasher, oven and 4 ring hob. There is also washing machine and dryer in the apartment bathroom. The living area has a leather sofa bed for larger groups and is equipped with LCD screen, satellite TV, DVD’s, stereo, PlayStation and games. The apartment has its own large balcony, offering alpine and village views. In addition the development has its own private parking, ski lockers and even a supermarket. Situated in the heart of the beautiful village of Samoens, close to it's many shops and restaurants, this is a prime location for your ideal ski holiday, less than 500 metres from the main express ski lift or the ski bus stops opposite. Samoens is in the Grand Massif ski area, which is one of the largest ski areas in Europe, linking directly with Morillon, Flaine, Les Carroz and Sixt. It has extensive skiing and snowboarding, with an excellent snow record. 2003 saw the opening of a brand new gondola in Samoens, taking you from village to Samoens 1600 in under 8 minutes with its own extensive ski area and over 260km of piste. This spectacular area is protected and hasn’t been spoilt by tourism. Samoens has been awarded a ‘Coq d’Or’ for being one of the prettiest villages in France and is the only ski resort classified by the Caisse des Monuments Historiques. The village is full of character and charm with quaint streets, yet still provides the centre for almost every outdoor activity
