Just 1.5 hours from Geneva this recently renovated ski apartment is on the ground floor of the apartment block enjoying spectacular views from the garden across the valley to Mont Blanc. The local ski area covering a vast 445kms of piste provides skiing for all abilities and styles, including a snowboard park. There is a ski school in Les Bettex which caters for children & adults, also a crèche for the littlies. It is a 1 bedroom apartment which has a bunk bed & a further sofa bed in the lounge sleeping 2. The apartment is well equipped with all the essentials including a TV/video, CD player & washing machine. There is communal parking 20yds from the apartment & bus stop 200yds away which runs regularly in the winter season to take you up to the slopes 2kms away in Les Bettex. The apartment is available in the summer with the use of an open air swimming pool just 50yds away & Tennis courts 150yds away both of which have panoramic views of Mont Blanc across the valley.

The village of Les Bettex is one of many charming traditional villages in the region of Saint Gervais Mont Blanc where there is no end to explore. The ski area is also linked to parts of the Chamonix ski area by the Mont Blanc tramway, a veritable railway treasure which will take skiers and walkers on a fantastic journey up the tree lined slopes to the heart of the mountains. The ski domain of St Gervais has miles upon miles of ski slopes meeting every style, authentic mountain chalets and restaurants you can also test your skills in the Mont Joux snow park. For those looking for relaxation at a slower pace the spa town of saint Gervais can offer you the thermal baths. Naturally hot, high in sulphur they are soothing, toning, healing and anti-inflammatory, a perfect place for apres ski.

Notes: jThis is a recently renovated apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The lounge has a sofa bed which sleeps 2 and a TV/video/DVD & stereo, patio doors lead you straight outside to a patio area and garden which has beautiful views across the valley to Mont Blanc. The kitchen has a fridge with freezer compartment, a 2 ringed hob, electric kettle & a combination microwave with oven & grill. There are ample sauce pans & utensils, slow cooker, pressure cooker & racclette machine. There is a large cupboard next to kitchen with hanging space and iron ,ironing board and clothes airer. The dining area has a table and chairs to seat 4 people. The bedroom has a bunk bed and chest of drawers then the shower room has a cubicle shower ( lovely and powerful) a toilet and wash basin and a washing machine. There is a ski locker in the foyer of the apartment for use in the winter. There is a Parking area just outside the apartment & a ski bus runs 250m from appt up to the slope

Ski area: The ski area is vast and covers 445kms of piste. Les Bettex is linked to Saint Gervais, Megeve and Saint Nicholas De Veroce with a good variety of green, blue, red and black runs. There are snow cannons on lower runs to keep the snow in top condition. You can access the Chamonix slopes of Les Houches by the Mont Blanc tram way from Saint Gervais and for the adventurous the beautiful Vallee Blanche, an off piste run accessible by the aguille du midi cable car. I would be happy to send you a piste map of the area.

Summer: An open air swimming pool is open to all visitors just 50 metres from the appartment with a beautifull view across the valley. There is a tennis court 100metres from the appartment There are golf courses at both Megeve and Chamonix. Canoeing and White water rafting for the brave down in the valley !

Apartment is great position for ski slopes and only 20 mins drive from the village. Very clean and warm with great customer service from owners. Can sleep 4 adults but this might be a squeeze.

2 min walk to very efficient ski bus.

(Acess to apartment is via steep drive, so dont forget your snow chains!)

Great apartment, would recommend to others.
