La Rosiere:
The high altitude pistes of La Rosière combine with the Italian ski area of La Thuile in Italy to offer superb skiing. Skiers will find a similar number of runs on both sides of the border providing plenty of moderate to advanced skiing, some particularly steep north facing pistes and first class powder and heli-skiing. Many of La Rosière’s ski lifts start from the top of the resort, beside the excellent nursery slopes.

Facilities for Children
La Rosière’s Village des Enfants, Les Galopins, looks after children between 16months and 12 years: the 3 – 4 year olds learn to ski in the Village, whilst the older ones join the ESF ski school for lessons.

Ski:
The high altitude pistes of La Rosiere combine with the Italian ski area of La Thuile to offer superb skiing in the Espace San Bernardo. La Rosiere offers fantastic views over the valley towards Les Arcs and La Plagne and enjoys plenty of sunshine. Skiers will find a similar number of runs on both sides of the mountain including plenty of moderate to advanced terrain, steep north facing pistes, first class powder and heli-skiing. The Espace San Bernardo also benefits from large dumps of snow giving it a surprising good snow record.
