The apartment has a double aspect living room and balcony with superb views facing South and West, well situated about 200m from the Funiculaire and almost opposite the Stade Competition lift. The Transcorde rope tow runs connects with Funiculaire and Col de Fresse lifts. There are a number of bars, shops, restaurants and a small supermarket with in-store bakery right by the Chalet Club. The village centre is a five-minute walk away and has an excellent range of facilities. The free bus service stops virtually outside the entrance. The living room has a divan which converts to a double or two single beds, a fridge, dishwasher, sink & double hotplate, micro-wave/grill, CD system and a table and seating for four. There is a pair of bunk beds in the hallway which has a door to the living room for privacy. The toilet is in the shower room. The apartment will sleep 4 people, although a maximum of 3 is recommended. Sheets and pillow cases can be arranged for a small extra charge.

Val Claret is one of the 3 main centres of Tignes and gives superb access to the whole of the L'Espace Killy ski area which Tiges shares with Val d'Isere. In winter and particulary summer Tignes gives an excellent base to explore the Tarentaise region which boasts several of the world's premier ski resorts, the Vanoise national park and borders Italy. Tignes can easily reached via plane (via Lyon, Chambery or Geneva) or train to Bourg St Maurice. Buses link from train station and airports.
