Luxury chalet apartment in Chamonix with stunning Mont Blanc view

This traditional ground floor south facing chalet apartment was completed in December 2002. It has been tastefully furnished to a very high standard with professionally made colour co-ordinated furnishings. It has a very efficient heating system and gallons of hot water to soothe the aches away! It is situated in a residential area with landscaped grounds and is only a 10 minutes walk from the centre of Chamonix and the ski bus stop is right outside. It is 5 minutes drive to the Brevant ski lift. The view from the lounge and sunny terrace to Mont Blanc and the Aguille du Midi is absolutely stunning. In the lounge you will find two stylish comfortable sofas, coffee table, TV, DVD, CD, a variety of children's games and the dining area for six people. There is an underground car parking space with remote control garage door and ski locker. Ski passes and/or ski lessons can be pre-arranged which saves queing on that first busy morning. Discounted ski /boot hire can be arranged.

Chamonix is in the Haute Savoie region of France facing the Mont Blanc chain and has some of the best off - piste skiing in Europe. Only one hour from Geneva International airport and the lovely lakeside town of Annecy. The bustling old town has a huge variety of restaurants and bars to suit all tastes. The non-skier is well catered for also with golf, mountain-biking, husky drives, skating, para-gliding to name but a few. There are also wonderful walks with spectacular scenery. Italy is just 30 minutes away through the Mont Blanc Tunnel.

Skiing Information:

Chamonix provides skiing for all abilities with nursery slopes at Le Savoy, Les Planards and Les Chosalets, however it is ideal for the intermediate and advanced skier. The intermediate runs will provide excellent groomed pistes, trails and mogul fields. For the expert skier there is limitless off piste skiing and some of the steepest and most challenging runs in the Alps including the awe-inspiring run down the Vallee Blanche with mountain guide.

Hi Elinor, Enjoyed our skiing and your chalet but had a problem with the dishwasher not working, also no coffee machine, apart from that it was good.

Had a great week skiing with our two young children. The apartment was lovely, well planned and had everything we needed and although in a peaceful location was an easy walk to the bars and restaurants in the centre of town. Would recommend hiring a car from the.
