La Clusaz:
Is an traditional resort built in traditional Savoyarde style, with wooden farms and chalets. Still a working village, many of the population are engaged in the production of the acclaimed Reblochon cheese, the village still retains a rustic charm.
There is a market each monday morning and various events are organised each week during the winter and summer seasons. There is plenty to occupy non skiers.

La Clusaz is a mecca for activity enthusiasts. There are around forty sports available from archery to white water rafting. These activities can be tailored to suit your requirements.
Lake Annecy is just 25 mins away, and here you can take part in any water sport you could think of, including scuba diving and wake boarding.

Outside the main winter and summer seasons, the area is heaven for those wishing to chill out in beautiful surroundings. In spring the alpine meadows are a riot of colour and in autumn the turning leaves provide a breathtaking scene.
Visits to the old town of Annecy and the medieval village of Yvoire are a must and there are numerous historic sites to visit. Other visits include the waterfalls of Sixt Fer à cheval and the extraordinary Gorge de Fier.
