Beautiful chalet in St Gervais, France, renovated in 2003, ideally situated for winter and summer holidays. The chalet is furnished to a high modern standard with fitted kitchen and central heating, as well as a traditional Savoyard fireplace. The chalet is convenient to both the St Gervais and Les Contamines télécabines (each a 10 min drive). Chamonix is a 30 minute drive away. In the summer it is perfectly situated for activities such as walking, mountain biking and canoeing. The chalet has a private setting in it's own large garden, with a spacious terrace, BBQ and children's swings.

The chalet is situated 3km from the télécabine of St. Gervais, so it is necessary to have a car, although there is a bus stop nearby. The bus service operates during day-light hours. Le Bettex is a 15 minute drive away. The télécabine at Les Contamines is a 10 minute drive in the opposite direction.
