La Bergerie is a wooden chalet built in 1958 for a large family, which sleeps 18 people. It is located in a large sloping piece of land facing East to Mont Blanc and South to Mount Joly. Each bedroom has double windows giving on a large balcony with Mont Blanc view. The living room opens on a large sunny terrace and flat ground well suited for outdoors meals and relaxation (furniture includes outdoors chairs and tables). Cars park either in the basement or in the alleyway. It is 5 minutes away from Bettex, the major ski center of Saint-Gervais-Mégève that includes large free parking space, and 3 km away from the city center. Saint Gervais territory includes Mont Blanc and has always been a major vacation area for skiing, hiking and mountaineering. The Saint Gervais-Mégève ski pass evasion opens some 125 ski lifts and over 500 km of ski slopes. In summer, together with Chamonix which is 25 km away it is a Mecca for alpine climbing.
