This stunning, newly refurbished, self catered apartment sleeps 2-6 people comfortably with 2 bathrooms. From the apartment balcony you will be mesmerized by the views of Mont Blanc. On your doorstep there is a lake, beautiful walks and mountain bike trails. Within walking distance are adventure playgrounds, golf courses too - perfect for family, golf trip or romantic getaway. The apartment (42m² floor space) is split over two levels so it is nice and spacious for up to 6 people. One double bedroom with en suite (shower, bath and toilet), open plan area with bunk beds, in the lounge a large sofa bed, plus a separate bathroom downstairs with shower and toilet. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, full sized oven, fridge freezer and microwave. TV, DVD and SKY. Dining table and open log fire place. The apartment is on the second floor & also has a lift. There is a private garage and ski locker too. We can also help you plan the rest of your trip and offer airport transfers too.

Notes to the rental rates

• 30% is required as a deposit and the balance 8 weeks before you holiday.
  If you book late and the above is not possible full payment is then required.
  In addition we also require a £200 refundable damage deposit cheque (this needs to be a separate cheque as it is not cashed. We hold onto this and return it to you once the apartment has been checked for your departure).
  We will always confirm safe receipt of payment for you.
  Once you have booked we will also send you an information pack with car hire, directions to the apartment, lift maps, town maps, Chamonix brochure, recommended restaurants and bars.
  In addition we can also:
  - arrange Airport transfers from Geneva Airport
  - offer ski hire discount

Accommodation and Facilities for the apartment in Chamonix, France

Skiing Information:

Chamonix Valley is one of the top skiing and boarding resorts in the world. With a long winter ski season of December through to the first week in May you are spoilt for choice for skiing in Chamonix, whether you are a beginner, family with children or advanced skier looking to try your hand at heliskiing, ice climbing or even the famous Vallee Blanche run. Chamonix has it all to offer you. Chamonix itself is divided into five main skiing areas, all of which are easily accessible by the free ski bus (with ski-pass) or by car. All offer bars, restaurants and sun terraces for après-ski. In the village of Les Praz, situated a short distance from Chamonix centre, is the ski station for La Flégère. La Flégère and Le Brévent provide good beginner to intermediate slopes, as well as off-piste for boarders or skiers and amazing views of the Mont Blanc Massif and Mer de Glace (Sea of Ice). All buses from Chamonix going towards Grand Montets, Argentière and Le Tour stop at Les Praz.

Golf Information:

The apartment is ideally situarted literally a minutes drive to the 18 hole Chamonix Golf course in the picturesque village of Les Praz, Chamonix. This golf course has excellent facilities in a spectacular mountain setting. The club was designed by Robert Trent Jones Senior and is a challenging course with tricky water hazards and bunkers. The club is open to non-members.(open May - November depending on the snow conditions late season). We can happily give you more information on the course on request.
