SATURDAY-TO-SATURDAY BASIS :
All changeover dates are on Saturdays. Arrivals at the earliest 3pm Saturday and departures no later than 10am the following Saturday.
Rates and conditions subject to changes.
Weekend and/or nightly rentals are possible if weeks are not rented out, usually during low season.

CHARGES and LINEN included:
All charges are included in the rates - heating, electricity, parking, firewood, water...
Linens - bedsheets and towels - are included.
CLEANING :
A cleaning service is provided for at the end of the week. However, guests must keep a minimum of cleanliness on the premises - excessive muddy floors, bed stains, stained furniture, and dirty kitchen will be charged an extra cleaning fee (min. 40 euros).
Cleaning products are provided for.

Chamonix Ski Lift info :
The ski season begins around mid-December but depending on snow conditions, the lifts may open much sooner. Natural spring snow allows for great skiing up until the 8th of May when the season officially ends.

Golf in the European Alps is popular with many people who want to take in the 'alpine feeling' while enjoying a leisurely round of 9 - 18 holes. Many resorts in the Alps, such as Chamonix, Evian, Verbier and Crans Montana have excellent courses.
Golf Club de Chamonix. The golf course in the Chamonix valley has a high standard with excellent facilities. It is situated next to the village of Les Praz. Constructed in 1934, originally with 4 holes, it was officially opened on the 20 July 1935 with 9 holes completed.
It was only in 1972 the council decided on a further 9 holes. So 10 years later, on the 26 September 1982 it was relaunched with 18 holes.The course was designed by Trent Jones Senior.
The Royal Evian Golf Club. Situated on the south side of Lake Geneva ( Lac Leman ) with beautiful views. Evian is known all over t the world thanks to the popularity of the Natural Mineral Water 'Evian'. Incidentally the mountains on the 'Evian Mineral Water' logo can be seen from Lake Geneva. The town has an 18 hole course (72 par, 6006m long) which hosts the 'Evian Golf Cup' and the worlds' largest women's open.
