ISRA is in a unique alpine sun spot with South facing panoramic views of Mont Blanc from picture windows & overlooks Les Houches resort slopes. Features: -sauna, top quality integrated surround-sound home cinema for DVD, sat TV, broadband internet, Wi-Fi, skype & web-cam; - for kids; - separate area to watch their own movies. Vast terrace, BBQ & an enclosed private garden. ISRA is the most recent of three 5 Star chalets in the resort: -suitable for families & groups of upto 12, self-catering, (B&B or FULL BOARD on request). In the heart of the Chamonix valley, Servoz has many summer activities including rafting, walking, climbing & tennis. Servoz is 50 mins from Geneva Airport on the Autoroute Blanche, (A40), & has its own motorway exit & rail link. Easy access all year. Parking in dedicated garage.

Rented alone Isra is 180m2 & accommodates 8 people, (that's 3 couples & 2 children), in spacious 5 star comfort. The Chalet has a private double garage. There is a washing machine, dryer & ample storage/drying space for skiing kit in cupboards on the ground floor. The sauna is on the ground floor. Upstairs is a 550ft2 open plan living room, with picture windows looking South & views of the Mont Blanc. The bedrooms are on the top floor with the two South facing rooms sharing a balcony. Chalet Isra is one of only 3 Chalets in les Houches/Servoz to have gained 5 Star status. The 27m2 two room apartment can be rented together with the main chalet, (see the published tariffs for Isra Eco Chalet plus 2 room apartment, -that's unit number 3 at the top of the page).. It sleeps 2 couples & has an independent entrance but is part of the main chalet, linked by an internal door.

  • A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm booking & full payment within 8 weeks of rental. CB accepted. There may be bank charges for UK cheques. CB Caution of 950 euros is set aside to cover extra cleaning & damage. This is not debited unless required. Use of the caution is very rare.
  • The above charges are for the ISRA Eco-Chalet WITHOUT THE 4 PERSON APARTMENT. Isra Eco- Chalet alone SLEEPS 8, -that's 6 adults & 2 children. NB: - Chalet Isra 5 star status. We are one of only three in Les Houches/ Servoz to have this.

    NB you will still have exclusive access to the sauna area using this formula but you may have another group renting the Apartment.
  • Marc SERRES & his Chef, (recently from the famous1 star michelin 'Albert 1st' restaurant at Chamonix), do our catering for an amazing 35 euros per person offer a snack at the return from the slopes & a full dinner menu in the evening. All other bedrooms are part of the main chalet & share the top floor. The master bedroom, (les Houches suite has an en-suite shower room that is open plan, -the shower has a view of the Mont Blanc. The other two rooms share the main bathroom.

SERVICES PROVIDED BY ECO-CHALET ISRA: When you rent Isra Eco-Chalet &/or Apartment we provide: - A Welcome Service on arrival plus daily availability to provide technical assistance, information & advice. Weekly cleaning, (that means you arrive to a spotlessly clean apartment & we clean the flat after you go). We provide all bed linen, towels & bathrobes. EXTRAS, (NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE) : We offer daily cleaning for 20 euros/ hr. We can provide limited catering on request: - B&B service &/ or Half Board, (price depends on menu).

ECOLOGICAL MISSION STATEMENT: Isra Eco-Chalet is the only commercial Ecological Lodging Project in the Chamonix valley. We use our own solar panels to provide under floor heating & hot water. Isra Eco-Chalet has it's own natural spring & we provide Nikken filtered reorganised drinking water. There is naturally diffused biological aromatherapy throughout the chalet. Isra Eco-Chalet has been conceived using Feng Shui with the intention of creating a place of deep relaxation & healing. For each group who rents Isra Eco-Chalet we buy a tree from 'Trees For Life' charity at Findhorn in Scotland.

Ski: Ski facilities within easy reach ISRA Eco-Chalet, to drive: - -7 mins drive to Les Houches which has enough pistes to last the entire holiday & is ideal for families.(brand new chair lift installed this year, so it's good bye to the long waits at the lift). +/+ -20 mins drive to St.Gervais beautiful family station, (take the train up the side of the Mont Blanc to the Houches pistes). +/+ -15 mins drive to Chamonix, the Alpine Ski (& Party), capital... For some more challenging slopes. +/+ -20 mins drive to Megève, for stunning, sunny, family slopes & chic après ski.

Quelle bijou ce chalet ! il est douillet, reposant, la déco est sublime intégrant à la fois le style montagne et le feng shui !
Vue magnifique sur le Mont Blanc et petites balades agréables aux alentours du village.

We had a very relaxing stay in this chalet. Each room has numerous pretty surprises, we first felt somewhat like Alice in Wonderland : from the large living area with the astonishing multimedia installation to the cosy bedrooms and the large wooden terrasse. Everything made us feel good somehow.
Returning there every day after a mountain walk is a real joy.

Our small family enjoyed a week-long ski holiday in a cosy room of the chalet. Honestly it is very very clean and well equipped and it is very family friendly. The location is perfect. We loved it and would definitely return. Thank you!

Thank you for letting us use your chalet in August. We loved the whole experience from a seemless arrival to the depature. To wake up to the fantansic view every morning was magical. The Children loved the rural setting and there was so much to do within just a short drive. There were so many small little touches like the Nikken water and the Crocs that made the chalet a perfect place to stay and a real home from home.

16th-23rd June 2007. Thank you so much for providing such wonderful accomodation in an absolutely beautiful location. We all feel refreshed & rejuvinated & had a thoroughly enjoyable time, (the 'Nikken filtered & reorganised' water was great by the way). We hope to return. Ian, Helen & Anne.---

3rd- 13th April 2007. Seven of us stayed over since the 3rd. We all had a fantastic time in your beautiful chalet. We have spent the last 5 years out here at Easter & this has been the best!
