Rental rates for the apartment in Attica, Greece

Notes to the rental rates

• The price of 960.- euros weekly, is for 6 - 7 persons, during the summer. The winter it costs also 960.- euros a week + the heating hours.
  For 4 persons the price is 800.- euros and for 5 persons it is 860.- euros.
  From the 14th of September till the 28th, the rate is 750.- euros for 4 - 5 people.
  
• If the apartment is rented for more than two weeks a 10% discount is applied to the total bill.
  The flat can sleeps 6 - 8 persons. The rate is formated from the number of the people.
  
• If you are interested in booking the flat you are required to send 40% of the charge as a down payment and the rest of the money should be paid 3 weeks before your arrival. The flat is free at 12.00 pm and departure should be before 11.00 pm.

Is a three bedroom, fully equipped, very centrally located, with many shopping malls around it and only 15 minutes walk from the nearesr beach. The apartment has access to the garden with its private playground for young children and also has its own parking space. It is located on the first floor of a four-storey building. Opposite of the house you can find the bus station for Athens.

Glyfada

Is one of the most beautiful areas not only around Athens but of all Greece. Its coastline is full of spacious marinas where all Kinds of beautiful yachts anchor. The swimming areas have all the facilities and many of the water activities such as windsurfing, sailing and water skiing. Glyfada is fun to walk around, it has many beautiful shops with all the international brand names along with the wonderful villas and modern architecture buildings.

The Area

Glyfada is where the golden coast of Greece starts, winding its way to cape Sounion where the temple of Poseidon overlooks the Aegean Sea. Having along swimming areas, marinas, tavernas where you can have the most delicious greek and international dishes together with sailing boats that sail into the beautiful sunsets.
