This pretty one storey house is nestling in the grounds of a much larger house, along the terraces of an old olive grove. There is a swimming pool within the grounds, which guests may use and a tennis court. The house has a small open plan modern kitchen & shower rooms and is charming and rustic in style with stone floors & wooden shutters. Silence and tranquillity with amazing panoramic views from the terrace make this location simply breathtaking. The mountain side view over looks the delightful fishing village of Perdika, just a few minutes drive away. This pretty village offers lively tavernas, a few small shops and a bakery. The remote beach at Klima is also close by with a fabulous sandy bay and crystal waters. Sfenduri in its quiet and rural setting is only 20 minutes drive from the busy and cosmopolitan port of Aegina. This is an ideal place to retreat and unwind with total seclusion and privacy.

Sfenduri is a small village situated on a mountain side above the south west coast of the Island of Aegina. It's 2 miles from the coast and beaches of Perdika and 6 miles from Aegina Town which is a busy port with frequent ferry and hydrofoil services to and from Pireaus, the main port of Athens. Athens airport has frequent bus services direct to Pireaus (1 hour 10 minutes approx.) and then follows a 35minute hydrofoil journey to the Island (or 1 hour 20min by ferry).

Our cancellations terms are as follows: Full refund up to 3 months before the start of rental period, thereafter 50% refund of rental total up to one month before start of rental. No refund on cancellations made later than one month before start of rental.

| Notes: | The house was built as a stand alone property on one level in the grounds of a larger house. It comprises two separate (attached) units each with their own entrance, shower room, bedroom and terrace. The terrace stretches across the rear of the property without any dividing walls and it has sun awnings that can be pulled down to provide shade. The kitchen and living / dining room are accessed through one of the two units. This is an ideal set up for two couples sharing a holiday or for parents with older children. Children are very welcome but due to some of the steep terracing at the property and because the pool is set on a terrace it is unsuitable for children under the age of 10. The pool is shared with the main house but is available for use from 10am - 7pm. |
