Normal rental is the bottom part of the villa that is private with multiple exits to the grounds, private entrance and parking, very luxury with full amenities provided. Full villa rental is possible for up to 10 persons for the price of GBP 4.750,00/week (VIP/Exec.- call for full details).

Location

The house is located near the Port of Rafina, the central port of departures for most Greek islands. There are daily excursions available to many islands, swimming or snorkeling. Many beaches near the house as well as magnificent water facilities at Schinias ( 15 km away). There is a horse riding club within 8 km.Athens is 1hour by car.The closest metro station is 45 minutes by car. The towns of Marathon, Nea Makri and Artemis just a few minutes drive.Coastal road also for visiting all east and South Attica. Many driving directions and location of sites is given in printed matter for your convenience. Personal driver also available for daily tours.

Seasons

June, July and September are the best months for visiting Greece. It's strongly recomended to visit us during those months. Especially if you have the chance to come along for a daily motorboat excursion or even overnight to any of the majestic Evian Gulf or Aegean islands. High season is always hot. Bad weather is a windy weather. It's also wonderfull to visit Greece during the following dates: Week of 20 to 27th of March Weeks of April to May (Easter) Period of 26 to 30 October Period from 18 December to 9 of January It is also wonderfull during winter as the house is very warm and there are many indoor activities that will keep you active all day long.
