The villa within its own landscaped garden, boasts superb sea views of the Aegean from spacious verandas. As it is conveniently situated on the beach front, the villa has direct access to a safe, sandy and pretty bay. The garden includes a shaded patio area with table tennis, brick barbeque with pergola dining area and after swim showers. Fully centrally heated with open fire for winter breaks.

It's a 15 minute walk to the bakery and a 25 minute leisurely walk to Rafina-a lively centre with a variety of shops, supermarkets, open-air cinema, charming tavernas, ouzeris, and children's play park etc. The Olympic Stadium and Athens sightseeing is within easy distance, 45 minute car drive. Regular local bus services are available. Train and metro services from the airport. Marathon village 30 minutes, water sports at Schinias. Daily ferries/sea cat to islands of Evia, Andros, Tinos and Mykonos. Local holiday resorts of Loutsa, Mati, Nea Makri and Schinias are easily accessible.

Notes: The villa is on 3 levels. 1st floor comprises of WC, kitchen and dining room leading on to terrace and into garden with lawn, bougainvillea and aromatic flowers and plants, the spacious lounge and equally spacious balcony with view of the island of Evia. On the 2nd level are 2 of the bedrooms and bathroom. On the next level another bedroom with balcony which benefits a view of the whole bay and sea. All bedrooms have fully fitted wardrobes and ceiling fans. All balconies have tables and chairs so visitors can enjoy a choice of dining/sitting areas to either follow the sun round or enjoy the shade. Visitors are welcome to use the outdoor barbecue and may pick the garden herbs and lemons from the tree to enhance culinary skills. Pleasant basement with garden access has a selection of books, toys, boardgames and a variety of garden toys. Table tennis is in shady area of the garden. Car hire can be arranged at preferential rates and visitors can be met at the airport.

Excellent quality villa-stylish and comfortable. Definitely a class or two above most Greek accommodation. Very well equipped, plenty of space in the enclosed gardens and superb views from the living room and top bedroom. The welcome from Nick and Sharon, who couldn't do enough to help, made for a most relaxing stay.

This is a clean, comfortable, convenient, well-equipped villa. We were lucky to find one so close to the sea and from the balcony, the sea view is superb. The walled, well-kept gardens ensure privacy and hopefully we'll be making a return visit this year.

This is an excellent house. The house is new and very comfortable. The location is great and close to the beach. rafina is a nice town and Athens is very close. The oweners are very friendly and helpfull. We had a wonderfull time.
