As seen on the TV programme ‘A PLACE IN GREECE' this luxurious ground floor property is now being offered for rental. The property (with its own front door) is very private. Situated in the village of Kambia - Almirida bay just 6 minutes away and the nearby village of Plaka just down the road. The property has wonderful views, from the pool area, right across Souda bay and the Akrotiri peninsula. The fully fitted kitchen has dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer and a full sized cooker. There are two bedrooms (fully furnished) with French doors from each leading to the large pool terrace and the BBQ garden area. The pool area is fully furnished with tables, chairs and umbrellas. The rental prices shown include the use of air conditioning units, all services, bed linen and towels. One bathroom has bath/shower/WC and wash hand basin. The other has shower, WC and wash hand basin. There is a double sized futon to bring the sleeping total to 6 persons - Now with Satellite TV !

The availability list is amended each week but any immediate telephone reservations which we may receive will alter the availability chart - please check with us first! The official changeover day is a Tuesday, but in the early and late months of the season it may be is possible to book on other arrival days. The ideal arrival airport is Chania (CHQ) basis which is only 45 minutes from the property. There are other flights from more of the regional airports in the UK to Heraklion (HER) but this is 90 minutes from the property. New for 2008, Easy Jet fly from the UK to Heraklion
