Our Lovely Villa - Kyriakos:
The house has been lovingly constructed out of Cretan stone and designed with one major aim – privacy. The stone walls keep the heat in in the winter and out in the summer. Enter through the front door to the main living room with sofa bed, TV and DVD. Large beautiful dining table seats 8. Huge fireplace designed not only for warmth but for indoor barbecues. Balcony doors lead on to large covered veranda with table and chairs. To the right of the living room is the fully fitted kitchen with cooker, fridge freezer, microwave etc. From the living area go up two steps to the bedrooms. Master bedroom with ensuite shower room; bathroom with bath; twin room. Up the stairs to the second double bedroom with its lovely arched room-height window leading on to the large balcony. Master bedroom has a large veranda. The swimming pool is partially hidden behind a small hedge – providing some peace from the children’s happy playing!! This beautifully appointed Villa has three double sized bedrooms (Two Double beds and one room with Twin Beds) The Master Bedroom has its own en-suite Bathroom facilities. There is a large bathroom with bath/ shower. All Bedrooms have fully fitted furniture and are fitted to high specification. The whole property is air conditioned and has central heating. The Swimming Pool area is close to the House in the lush gardens which overlook the small villages of Apokoronou. The garden is fully furnished with Loungers, Tables and Chairs etc., and offers choices of shade or sun throughout the day. All the Gardens at VILLA KYRIAKOS are a botanical treat of both wild and cultivated Mediterranean plants and flowers. The views from the Gardens, Terraces and from the house are simply stunning !!
