Villa Lefkothea is a two-floor stone villa built on a two hundred & 40 sq m plot on a top hill of Livadia bay offering the visitors magnificent & uninterrupted views of the Mediterranean Sea. It is located on the outskirts of the village giving absolute privacy & offering tranquil but luxurious holidays. Referring to its name, Lefkothea was the most popular goddess of the waters in mythology. Since the villa is just a stroll away from the sparkling waters of the Mediterranean, it matches the criteria to be named after that. The villa is consisted of spacious living&dining room, 4 tastefully designed bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms (1jacuzzi) & fully equipped kitchen. Big verandas & looked after garden areas serve the visitor to enjoy a romantic sunset while watching the birds hovering in the air & listening to the song of the sea. Stone &wood are the principal materials used for the villa. It is decorated to create a luxury & stylish accommodation for people with high standards.

Notes: There are two outdoor dining areas seating for 8 people each. Parasols and sunbeds are spread around the pool. On the north side of the villa there is a colourful garden with trees, bushes, flowers and herbs. A small path allows the visitor to have a walk around. NOTE: A very important facility for the visitor is that they can order home-made food & have it delivered at their villa. Oil or siatsu massage by a profesional masser is available on request! We also organise any kind of celebration such as birthday parties, anniversaries, wedding receptions.

Access to Villa Lefkothea: Villa Lefkothea is situated in the outskirts of Livadia bay in Amygdalokefali village. Amygdalokefali is one of the nine villages which Innahorion is consisted of. It is one of the most picturesque villages because of its location. As a result it offers the visitors panoramic views. Anyone can reach Livadia bay following two different routes. The one is from Kissamos/Kasteli through Sfinari & Kambos. Then follow the signs to Livadia. The other route is from Kissamos/Kasteli through Kaloudiana, Topolia, Elos, Kefali. Then follow the signs to Livadia. Both routes are promising outstanding scenaries of natural beauty.

Mini-market: The Martsakis family who own and run the villa have also built a traditional stone market close to it, giving the opportunity to the visitors to get their supplies anytime. Most important, traditional home -made food is daily cooked by the owners with virgin olive oil and fresh vegetables grown in their vegetable garden. Eggs, chicken and local meat are available from local farms. Fresh fish is a special dish cooked with the local recipe(fresh fish with potatoes, tomato sauce &virgin olive oil in the oven).All meals are cooked with local virgin olive oil. All visitors have the chance to taste home-made food (take it away or have it delivered to their villa) and learn why the famous Cretan diet is amongst the healthiest in the world. Just order one day before. On arrival dates the food order can be arranged the previous day through e-mail. For your information there is a great variety of Creek & especially Cretan wines in the mini-market.

Elafonissi: Elafonissi is the most famous place on Crete because of its unique beauty. It is about 25 min drive from Livadia. As soon s you reach the place Elafonissi lies before your eyes like a goddess of the waters. A vast sandy beach with three colours white, pink and black ,long shallow stretches of sea with turquoise waters, an islet with dunes and small white lilies compose the picture of Elafonissi.

We had a wonderful time at the villas. The service and amenities were great. We planned a baptism there and the owners were incredibly helpful in assisting us set up everything. It is a wonderful place to relax . The nearby beach, Elefonisi, is perfect for families. The little market/taverna that supplies the homes is a perfect setting for dinners and the food prepared is fresh and delicious.

This villa is the perfect place where to spend your holiday. It's confortable, you can find all you need: all it's clean, the kitchen is full equipped. If outside it' too hot you can use the air conditioner. You can relax yourself by the private pool or visit the wonderful beach of Elafonissi that is about 25 minutes from here by car.The owners are kind and offer you a typical alcoholic drink raki(they have a little market near the villa). the villa is spacious and can accomodate two families composed of four people each. For these reasons it' a place where I hope to come back in the future with my family and my friends.

These traditional stone made villas do not lack any comfort (on the contrary, they are very well and modern equipped).
The food was excellent (home-made traditional Greek dishes, prepared by the owners themselves), fresh fish and lots of tsikoudia or raki !! (traditional alcoholic beverage)
Actually a place when you can forget all your trouble and relax by the pool, savoring the moment when the sun gets shallowed by the sea.
Highlight:The view!!!!

Diese Villa hat uns ausgezeichneten Komfort geboten. Wir waren 8 Personen, die sich die Villa perfekt geteilt haben. Wir haben den großzügigen Platz und die gute Einríchtung genossen. Fantastisch ist der Blick auf das Meer mit täglichem Sonnenuntergang. Unsere Kinder hatten viel Spaß am Pool und störten keinen anderen. Die Vermieter waren außerordentlích freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Ganz zu empfehlen für typisch griechische und ausgezeichnete Küche ist die Taverne im Ort bei Ioannis. Er hat uns bestens bewirtet und die griechische Gastfreundlichkeit war hier herrlich.
