Villa Stefanos:
is built on two levels and terraced out of the hillside and still contains the original vaulted timbered ceilings, complimented by newly laid wooden floors and the use of huge slabs of gorgeous, soft creamy marble in the numerous shower rooms.
The Main Entrance :
Door on the upper level leads into a beautifully fitted kitchen with full cooker, dishwasher and fridge-freezer, as well cupboards and ample work surfaces with a creamy marble splash back. To one side there's a large dining table and beyond here a door leads through to an attractive and comfortably furnished sitting room with generous sweep of windows on two sides providing wonderful sea views, over the olive groves and the village of Maleme, to the distant Rodopou Peninsula.
The double-bedded master bedroom is situated off the sitting room, enjoying similar sea views, it has a large fitted wardrobe as well as the unusual benefit of two shower rooms, both containing a WC and wash hand basin!
Also on this level, off the kitchen, is a further small bunk bedded room with a large chest of drawers and its own tiny en-suite shower room with WC and wash hand basin.
Situated at the lower level :
And with its own separate entrance door is a studio, complete with two sofa beds as well as a shower room and a washing machine. To the front is a small sitting area, plus a wardrobe and desk unit.
Outside, apart from the usual patio furniture, sunbeds and umbrellas, Villa Stefanos is a sea of green with terraced lawns sloping down to the stylish wood decking surrounding the pool with just the occasional token stepping stone and a solitary palm tree. This minimalist approach extends to the garden terraces, which have unprotected drops of up to 1.5 metres, In the circumstances the house is not suitable foryoung children and particular care should be taken at night
