Notes to the rental rates

• Special offer for reservations of two weeks if booked until the end of March for April, May and October 2008 - There is a flexibility on arrival or departure date.
  
• Cleaning Service: Change of linens, Bathroom towels and swimming pool towels are provided twice a week
  Minimum rental is one week. A deposit of 25% is required to secure the booking. A 200 Euro fully returnable security deposit is required with the final rental payment and will be returned in full if no damage or loss has occurred.
  The property is booked from 12a.m on the day of arrival.
  Prices cover the stay of 4 people.

The Villa Blue Sea is located in a seaside village called Maleme – in the municipality of Platanias in the northern part of Crete at a distance of 17 kilometers of the Venetian City of Chania. The village is accessed through the National Road which is just 10 minutes drive or through the old regional road which is 20 to 25 minutes drive during the summer. Night life for those who wish to entertain themselves can be reached within a few minutes drive and night clubs or bars of high standards all by the sea can be enjoyed by all. Tavernas of high quality food Cretan and international can also be enjoyed in the tavernas in Maleme and around the village . Access to beaches of unique beauty such as Falasarna, Elafonissos, and Paleochora are all conveniently approached. The change of scenery is really amazing and compensating. A visit to another beach called Balos is also worth being visited.

The upper level consists of the master bedroom with a double bed, two bedside tables and a modern, comfortable settee. The view from the bedroom is unique. The master bathroom also affords a fantastic view. A safe box and a jacuzzi is also available. The second bedroom with its two single beds and its own bathroom also afford a fantastic view over the Cretan Sea and the White Mountains.

The pool

The rectangular pool (12X6) has a depth ranging from 1.40 to 1.90m. The deck chairs are all you need to enjoy the hospitable Cretan Sun. The mowing of the lawn and the cleaning of the swimming pool will be done by a gentleman who will drop by when it is necessary. A barbecue is also at your disposal.
