AS SHOWCASED IN 'GREECE' MAGAZINE FEATURE- Air-conditioned throughout & fitted to a high standard with fine designer furniture Villa Jakita has 3 double bedrooms with the 4th having a double bed or 2 single beds. All bedrooms have their own terrace, each with a sea view. There are 3 shower rooms/ WC, two ensuite. The living area consists of a large open plan room with bi-fold doors, which lead off the living area onto a large terrace, with comfortable sofa and chairs for relaxing and enjoying the superb view and surroundings. There are stairs off the terrace and two of the bedrooms, which lead to the sundeck, patio and swimming pool. Within the living area there is a fully fitted kitchen, an 8-seat dining table, & a relaxation area with sofas, TV, DVD player etc. The swimming pool overlooks the bay and has a separate children's area. The villa will be cleaned twice a week and have regular linen changes. Further services available at an on cost. Smoking is permitted outside.

This luxury villa of 155 square metres on one level nestles in the hills above the town of Elounda, affording spectacular views over the stunning bay of Mirabella. Elounda is a five-minute drive away and boasts a long stretch of beach, which has been awarded a Blue Flag for its cleanliness. There are also many tavernas, restaurants, a couple of supermarkets, banks and car hire etc in the town. There are also quite a few other beaches within easy reach, each with its own particular charm.

Living area: Flat screen LCD TV, Satellite, DVD player (there is a DVD hire shop in Agios Nickolaos that has many English titles available for rental), CD music system and portable radio. Internet access point for your own computer. There are various board games.

Kitchen: Fully fitted with AEG appliances, consisting of oven and hob, professional standard extractor, washing machine, dishwasher, juicer, toaster, electric kettle and Miele refrigerator. All crockery and cutlery is provided for up to eight people.

Bedding & Towelling: 100% cotton sheets, wool blankets (if required), luxury feather pillows or non-allergenic pillows (if required). There is an adequate supply of bathroom towels, bath mats, hand towels and face cloths. There is also a supply of towels for external use i.e. beach or sundeck and luxury towelling bathrobes for use by residents.

Photo's didn't do Villa Jakita justice! Villa just perfect, view astounded us on a regular basis (better than a wet Tuesday morning in Scotland) We will be back. A great venue for fun with friends. Two teenage boys particularly loved the amazing pool! Lovely facilities and thank you for the midweek clean and coming to collect us in the middle of the night. Much appreciated. We were told that the view would be even better than the listing pictures and it certainly is so - nothing detracts from the simply stunning view and setting of this villa. Inside, the villa meets virtually all needs – minimilist modern stylish décor, fabulously comfortable beds, spacious rooms, modern bathrooms, generously sized heatable pool, – its all there. They even supply luxury white towelling gowns for lounging around in. We struggled to think of a negative – you do need a car & the last stretch to get to the villa is a little hair-raising. However, in 12 years of staying in villas across the Med, this comes top.

A very clean,well-maintained property. It has an ideal layout for a holiday home, and is extremely well fitted out and furnished. All the technology works and it has a cool interior, with supremely comfortable beds. The kitchen is short a dry goods cupboard/larder but one would have to be very fussy to find physical fault with this property.
The elevated location benefits from fantastic views of Elounda and is close to the village and all its facilities.
I would not hesitate to recommend this gem.

If possible, this villa is better than it's photos! Just beautiful views, all you need, in a perfect position. Elounda is a lovely little town with nice places to eat. Paul and Lenny were extrmrmly helpful, and made sure our stay was just brilliant! We had 6 adults, and 3 small children staying and there was plenty of room. We can;t wait ti go back!
