A modern villa built to high specifications, set in large gardens with fantastic views of Spinalonga Island, the bay of Mirabello and surrounding mountains. It has 1 double and 1 twin air-conditioned bedrooms with balconies, bathroom and open plan living room/dining area with adjoining kitchen. Very spacious and light with patio windows leading to surrounding terraces. Generous outside dining and very secluded sun deck area featuring a heated spa pool and gardens. The villa has an additional double sofa bed so it can accommodate 6 people comfortably. Set back from the quiet road with its own parking area.

The villa is set in an elevated position in its own grounds, just ½ km easy walk to the village of Plaka with its quaint tavernas on the shore front, beach and supermarket. The large beach with crystal clear waters is a peaceful contrast to the neighbouring harbour of Elounda. The area is good for water based activities, walking, site seeing and is only a short drive to the resort of Elounda and the pleasant regional town of Agios Nikolaos.

Notes: The villa will be cleaned before occupancy . A change of bedding and toweling will be provided. If staying for greater than 1 week, this will be repeated every 7 days. If desired, a mid week clean is available at a cost of 50 GBP. The outside spa pool is for 4 people and is heated. Smoking is not allowed inside the villa. A damage deposit of 200 GBP will be requested when booking. This will be refunded minus any damage/ additional charges (such as Meet & Greet, excessive cleaning costs) as reported by the managing agent. If occupancy is greater than 4 people there will an additional charge of £40 per week.

Spinalonga Island: The villa is situated very conveniently for a boat trip to the former leper colony of Spinalonga, featured in the best selling novel The Island by Victoria Hislop. An informal boat ferry to the island for sight seeing can be booked in the village at a cost of ~€ 8 per adult with a journey time of ~10 minutes.

Agios Nikolaos: The regional city of Agios Nikolaos is ~20 minutes car journey and offers many shops selling a wide range of goods. Here you will also find the major banks and seaward links to the mainland. Whilst visiting, enjoy a light refreshment in one of the many tavernas by the 'bottomless lake' or the near the harbour.

Cashier Cheques: We do not accept any form of cashier cheque! Direct wired transfer is the preferred means for payment of deposits and balances. Please do not waste our time offering cashier cheques as this form of payment will be flatly refused.

Golf: The nearest 18 hole golf courses are located at Hersosinos and Sitia, reachable via the New National Highway. A 9 hole golf course is available at Elounda.
