The villa is set in an elevated position occupying a beautiful end plot of only 4 villas which are in a gated area of grounds about 400 metres walk to the beaches and sea. Just a short walk further brings you to a selection of Tavernas, Supermarkets and the famous holiday resort of Elounda. The area is good for water based activities, walking, and site seeing and is only a short drive to the pleasant regional town of Agios Nikolaos.

Notes to the rental rates

Payment is preferred in sterling as above, but can be made in euros at the exchange rate current at the time of full payment being received, providing this has been specifically agreed in advance.
Written confirmation with the applicable 10% deposit of the total accommodation cost is required to secure the booking. The Full payment is then due 8 weeks prior to the start of the rental period, for less than 8 weeks, the total amount is required at time of booking. Cheques are acceptable although Bankers Drafts or Bank Transfers are preferable for speed of confirmation. The villa will be cleaned twice a week and the bedding and towelling will also be changed twice a week. Smoking is not allowed inside the villa. A Damage deposit of £150 is also required with your final payment and is fully refundable. For International clients outside of the UK a £20.00 charge for the return of the Damage deposit will apply to cover bank charges, therefore you should expect to receive £130.00.
